General Information: IUV formerly as a training institution among 7 campuses of IUH, after 6 years of education and building university infrastructure, lecturer staff members, brand name … on 12th Jun 2013, Prime Minister already signed the Decision no. 920/QD-TTg that issued the establishment of IUV. This result was obtained from the hard effort and great determination of investors, the support of Government, Ministry of Education and Training, governmental departments and agencies as well as the hard work and dedication of the university’s lecturers and staff members. Until now, after 7 year of operation, IUV has been continuously grown, worthy as the reputable university, partly contributing to the education that supplies the high-quality human resources for Nghe An province and the Middle region.

* IUV has 125 staff, faculty lecturers including 8 Professors – Associate Professors – Sci.Doctors; 16 Doctors, 71 Masters and 22 Bachelors. IUV also coordinates with many lecturers having required qualifications under visiting teachers. General information:
To support students in finding a job and starting a business, on February 15 th , 2015, IUV
Rector decided to establish the Career Services Office belonging to IUV Collaborative education and International relation Center. On September 15 th , 2018, the Acting Rector signed a decision to establish the IUV Career and Entrepreneurship Center, a business unit with income and accounting dependent on Industrial University of Vinh. The center is under the control of IUV's Board of Managers, organized and operated under the mechanism of dependent units.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Offering full -time and part-time jobs for students
2. Organizing short-term training courses
3. Organizing activities to visit, practice, professional practice, vocational practice fostudents
4. Making survey the employment of graduates
5. Attracting enterprises #39; scholarship capital for students who are good at overcoming difficulties and other policy beneficiaries
6. Presiding over and coordinating with agencies and businesses to organize consultancy, seminars, career orientation…. to connect students with businesses and employers
7. Organize seminars and training courses on entrepreneurship
8. Consulting and supporting startup projects
9. Supporting the training and enrollment activities of the University
