There shall be a chairman, vice chairman of the Trustee Board elected or re-elected by a simple majority of voting representatives of members for three-year terms at the annual meeting. All members are expected to assist with recruitment of new members.

• Trustee’s roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Chairman will convene quarterly meetings (if necessary) of the Trustee Board and the annual meetings of the entire membership.

o   Leads discussions and efforts for how to add value to the membership

o   Coordinates recruitment and orientation efforts

Vice Chairman will assist and serve as Chairman in his or her absence

o Be responsible for keeping records of Trustee Board Action

Assist with online resource development effort

 * Trustee Board’s  Functions are as follows:

1. Develop policies for the Network’s activities.
2. Approve proposals for projects, including working agenda and implementation of these activities.
3. Appoint of the Executive Board and Secretariat.
4. Conduct periodic reviews of ongoing projects and activities, based on recommendations and reviews by the Executive Board and the Secretariat.
