The Secretariat will be elected by the Trustee Board, the Secretariat has the following functions:
- Manage daily assigned activities or tasks.
- Disseminate information and research to Network members.
- Manage finance for Network operation.
- Report on the results of the Network's activities.
- Report at each Trustee Board’s meeting and at the annual meeting on membership, fees and other financial information.
